About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the support you need to do what you do best - listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at the Community Bank Goolwa and Victor Harbour Branches, where we do require flexibility to work across the other Branches in the Fleurieu Region - Aldinga Beach, Willunga and our presence on the Main Street of McLaren Vale. This is Permanent position where we are open to Full time or Part time hours - let us know what you’re looking for
About you
**You will bring**:
Extensive experience in a customer service environment
Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
