dnata is one of the most recognised ground services companies in the world and we are currently recruiting for the position of **Ramp and Baggage Allocator**.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Determining and obtaining aircraft resource and updating worksheets according to airlines SLA’s/ tasks;
- Actioning and covering sick calls, personal leave etc. which is advised to you by the SDS or SDM;
- Determining and allocating available shifts through a fair and transparent process whilst adhering to all budgets and financial demands;
- Actioning and updating all shift swaps as per standard operating procedures;
- Preparing an accurately completed worksheet/crew sheets for the SDS/SDM to utilise on shift;
- Be willing to undertake training and work with new systems implemented into the business;
- Manage staff allocation for disruptions and delays;
- Handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment;
- Knowledge of and vast understanding of our business including Service Level Agreements;
- Sound knowledge computer skills including MS word and Excel;
- The ability to work unsupervised and follow procedures.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance at work;
- Ability to adhere to safety and security requirements applicable to the aviation industry;
- Commitment to dnata’s business direction and principles; Integrity and professionalism;
- Ability to work to strict time frames.
