We have a strong focus on servicing families and are always open to having discussions with parents on any matters that they would like to raise with us. Our key duty is to the children who attend our services and their families.

**What we require**:
We are seeking a school leaver who is dedicated and values the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to the community and families.

**As a trainee your duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community
- Create and maintain a fun, safe and engaging learning environment
- Assist the room leader in implementing a high-quality educational program in consultation with children, families, educators and the community.
- Assisting the Room Leader and educators in the day to day task e.g. cleaning, preparing meals.
- Supervision of children during indoor and outdoor experiences
- Engaging children in meaningful learning experiences
- The trainee position is a permanent position with 8 hours shifts across Monday to Friday. Weekly study time will be allocated during the working week.

**_Must be willing to obtain a Working with children's check prior to commencing employment._**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
