Canteen Supervisor

Eureka Hospitality Group is a dynamic operator of venues in both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. We operate in a wide variety of settings including health, education and corporate settings.

We currently have a Canteen Supervisor role available and are seeking an experienced individual to step into the role at our established Canteen at Lowther Hall, assisting with the day-to-day operations and catering and event services.

This autonomous role offers a Monday to Friday roster, support from senior Management, security and the opportunity to grow into greater roles as we continue to grow.

Duties for this role will include:

- Managing day-to-day service, both over the counter and preorder via FlexiSchools.
- Supervise, mentor, train staff in kitchen operations, food preparation and safe food handling techniques in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Catering: Execution of onsite catering orders and events, providing high level of service and product.
- Daily stock ordering and reconciliation of deliveries.
- Populating weekly rosters for your venue.
- Meeting weekly cost of goods & labour budget.

The successful applicant will have:

- Possess a valid Employee level WWCC
- Valid food safety supervisor certificate
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage time efficiently
- High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Exposure to catering will also be keenly looked upon

This is a full-time role, includes full training of internal Eureka Hospitality systems and has an immediate start.

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
