Tradesman Assistant

MCM Auto Electrics is looking for a Tradesman Assistant to work full time in our Canning Vale workshop.

MCM Auto Electrics specialises in electrical, air-conditioning repairs, and installations of electrical components and systems. Works with numerous industries including Mining, Construction, Marine Systems and Controls including HVAC systems.

**Duties**:

- Loading and unloading
- Receiving/accepting parts deliveries
- Putting away parts/stock
- Pickups/deliveries
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the workshop
- Breaking down/disposing of unused cartons and rubbish removal
- Use of tools and equipment to perform tasks
- Assisting Auto Electrician technicians
- Forklift operation on occasions

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a current valid Driver’s Licence
- Valid forklift ticket (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work without supervision
- Attention to detail
- Polite and courteous manner
- Good working attitude
- Work accurate with safe working practices and follow all policies and procedures

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
