**We are looking for a Digital Customer Service Advisor (Triage) to join our Customer Experience team to support our Express Repair Sites Australia Wide, remotely.**
- Deliver an industry leading repair service by proactively capturing imagines of the vehicle and communicating next steps in the process to the customer
- Creating a connection with the customer and asking relevant discovery questions to understand their needs and uncover any hidden needs
- Respond to customer queries around the repair process
- Listening to triggers from the customer and responding to their needs
- Other ad-hoc duties required to ensure a seamless customer experience
- This role will be a remote role, however we will provide initial on-site training at a site near you otherwise we can assist with virtual training.
- You will also be provided with the ability to complete a Certificate III in Retail (optional) whilst employed with Motorserve.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & a team environment
- Ability to work remotely and unsupervised.
