**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Retail Assistant at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:

- Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Replenishing stock, merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well presented.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prior experience in a fast paced retail environment.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4am start) or late shifts (12am - 2am finish)
