**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to our customers and building trusted relationships with them.
- Significant experience in managing client relationships, coupled with Lending experience.
- Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals
- A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
- Exceptional communication skills along with superior stakeholder management experience
- The ability to lead by example and be an exemplary part of a growing team and division
