**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality, value-driven IT projects. Reporting to the IT Strategy Lead, this role will lead in supporting the delivery of high-quality, value-driven IT projects, ensuring that they are managed and executed in accordance with best practices and the established governance model.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support IT planning, reporting, and governance aligned to the Council and Wellbeing Plan.
- Conduct Stage Gate meetings and project health checks.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly IT governance reports.
- Evaluate the prioritisation of IT initiatives and program and portfolio development.
- Provide quality assurance for IT project artefacts and manage project information.

**About you**
**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or lesser formal qualifications with extensive and diverse experience.
- Relevant practical experience delivering IT projects through traditional waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
- Certification in a recognised project management methodology.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Advanced MS Office and Portfolio Project Management (PPM) software skills.
