About the Role
- The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and management of Porterage and Hygiene Services that support the functionality of Logan Hospital, in keeping with operational demands and infection control standards.
- Manage people / systems that include hospital hygiene, porterage, and waste in accordance with Queensland Health standards and National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.
- Manage and be responsible for the financial performance utilising cost and value management strategies and systems.
- Develop and maintain documented procedures, standards and safe work methods, review and update records for all aspects of the service.
