**About the Role**:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Loader Operator for a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) position from Perth to Rio Tinto Parramatta. Our client, based in Clarkson, WA, requires a highly skilled operator to join their team immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate loaders to move materials as required.
- Ensure safe and efficient loading operations.
- Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere to all site safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with site team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Loader Operator in a mining or construction environment.
- Current Loader Operator certification.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Availability for an immediate start.
