Our Sushi Sushi, based at Sunshine Coast University Hospital has an opportunity for a **Sushi Artisan** on a casual basis. As a Sushi Artisan, you will work within a team to deliver top quality, fresh, healthy, tasty and consistent food in a timely manner.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in customer service and passion for food essential.
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment and willingness to learn.
- Energetic all-rounder team player.
- Knowledge and delivery of food and occupational safety and hygiene

You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) to work at Sunshine Coast University Hospital as per Queensland Health guidelines.
