**About the Role**

The role of our Support Workers is to provide ongoing, day-to-day support to the residents of Bethania Gardens. The role is tasked with contributing towards the creation of a home-like environment for everyone at the facility, whilst undertaking duties such as assistance with daily living tasks or personal care needs, medication administration or the preparation and serving of meals. Our Support Workers work closely with our Registered Nurses, who will provide guidance and supervision to you throughout your day.

**Key duties include**:

- Ensuring that care service delivery is based on the goals, needs and preferences of residents
- Contribute to the creation of a home-like environment for residents
- Maintain a safe and comfortable working and living environment
- Participate in feedback, reporting and a continuous improvement model for the facility

**These roles are located at our stunning Bethania Gardens facility in Bethania. We are ideally searching for Support Workers who are able to work across AM, PM and Night Shifts. The more availability you are able to provide, the more shifts we can offer in return These roles will be hired on a permanent part time basis.**

**Skills & Experience**

**Key selection criteria includes**:

- Possesses the rights to work in Australia
- Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS clearance
- Vaccinated against seasonal influenza
- Vaccinated against COVID-19***
