Hourly Rate: $38.15 - $39.39 (Educational Leader allowance included)

Busy Bees at Oxley is looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team and lead pedagogical excellence across the service. If you’re ready to mentor a team of educators and inspire high-quality programs, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
As the Educational Leader, you will guide the development and implementation of the educational program across all rooms, working closely with the Centre Director and room leaders to promote best practices and continuous improvement in line with the EYLF and NQS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of educational programs.- Mentor and support educators to ensure high-quality practices.- Promote critical reflection and continuous improvement.- Support compliance with all relevant frameworks and standards.- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community.

What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).- Experience in programming and leading curriculum development.- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.- Ability to mentor and support a team of educators.- A genuine passion for early childhood education.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current Working with Vulnerable People- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates- Child Protection Training (or willingness to complete)- Australian work rights
