Junior Receptionist

Parramatta Area

The Centre is currently seeing a casual junior Receptionist to assist in their busy practice.
Reporting to the Manager, the position requires an enthusiastic and motivated person who is committed to patient care, exceptional customer service and providing support to our teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments
- Assisting the manager
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately process patient payments
- Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of records
- At all times maintain confidentiality of patient personal and financial information
- Complete recalls
- Maintain cleanliness
- Support the day to day operations

**Requirements**:

- Commitment to ethical behavior and conduct an customer service and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual Farsi speaking would be preferred

**Salary**: $21.38 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
