Village Manager

We have a rare opportunity for a Village Manager to join the team in Ellenbrook, at our Parklands Retirement Living Village
- The Village Manager will develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and play an active role in the village and wider local community.- As the Village Manager you will be responsible for:- Leading and supporting the team
- Creating a positive, safe and people focused culture
- Delivering performance and creating the best villages and lifestyle solutions for our residents and their families.
- Ensuring business objectives are met
- Maintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the community.
- Implementing operational plans including the maintenance program; managing day-to-day operations across the Village as well as initiating actions that generate measurable benefits to Residents, their Families, our Staff and the wider organisation.- Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccinations with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made._
