We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker with a specialization in supporting children who possess the following qualities and qualifications:
**Responsibilities**:

- Effective communication skills and ability to connect with a variety of people
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Creativity, warmth, positivity, and friendliness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to various situations and work effectively in a team
- Good personal presentation

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with children with complex behaviors
- 2+ years of overall working experience
- Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare studies
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current Manual Handling certificate
- Hand Hygiene certificate
- Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Driver's License and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured
- NDIS Worker Screening Check

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- working with children: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
