As the Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of the organisation and developing the future of its diverse global team. **Position Overview**:
Based out of their modern Macquarie Park offices, reporting directly to the Head of IT you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals and manage various project contract resources. Your responsibilities will span from developing and executing IT strategy to ensuring the seamless functioning of their IT systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the IT strategy.
- Foster and lead a team to high performance.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Lead technical upgrades and oversee projects.
- Liaise with the PMO and maintain infrastructure plans.
- Drive continuous operational improvement and standards.
