**Overnights Team Leader at Hyatt Centric Melbourne**

Based on site in Melbourne CBD, the Overnights Team Leader is a vital role within the Front Office Team. You will support the Front Office Management Team in supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. With a key focus on the ensuring a smooth and efficient night audit process and guest profile management.

**Some of your responsibilities include**:

- Complete the daily night audit process for the hotel, ensuring accuracy.
- Supervision and support of the Overnight Front Office Team, ensuring exceptional and efficient service is delivered at all times
- Handling of guest quires, as well as internal guest feedback and enquiries, in a friendly and efficient manner
- Be responsible for training and development of the Front Office Team
- Responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests overnight, in the absence of senior management.
- Be a local Melbourne Expert, share your experiences and knowledge with our guests

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Previous experience as a Night Auditor
- The flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong service recovery skills
- Victorian Responsible Service of alcohol
- Unrestricted Drivers License
