St Johns Park Bowling Club and its associated venues are growing and diversifying,we have therefore identified the need for a Maintenance/Cellar Officer to join our Maintenance and Cellar Team. Reporting to the Department's Supervisor this position is a hands-on role and would suit someone with a keen interest in learning more about general Maintenance and Cellar work.

**Maintenance duties include**:

- General repairs and maintenance
- Painting & Patching
- Maintaining high level of cleanliness in line with safe work practices
- And other ad hoc duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Cellar duties include:

- Upload, unpack and check goods against orders
- Assist with quality control measures and procedures in cellar
- Maintain all cellar equipment
- Inspect items for damage, quality, use-by dates, breakages or discrepancies
- Maintaining high level of cleanliness in line with safe work practices
- Maintain stock levels in all bars
- Changing kegs
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees
- Able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to travel to other sites as required
- Be flexible with rostering
