**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$66,921 - $72,661 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Full-Time, 1.0 EFT**.**
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

Exciting opportunity await within the Student Recruitment department - we're on the lookout for a Course Advisor to join the team

As the initial point of contact, your role involves delivering outstanding customer experience to prospective Holmesglen students, both on phone and online. Your responsibilities span from offering customer support to handling inbound enquiries, providing course guidance, offering career coaching and proactively managing the enquiry pipeline with the goal of boosting successful course enrollments.

- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude & ability to work independently, approaching tasks and challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, effectively contributing ideas, support, and cooperation to achieve shared goals.
- Proven excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage professionally with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing CRM and customer experience systems, with a high level of proficiency in computer skills.
- Capability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs, along with the ability to empower students to achieve excellence.
- Qualification in business, administration or marketing, or related discipline and relevant work experience preferably in the education sector.
