About the Role
- We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience in racing stables, ideally in a foreman or leading hand role
- Loves horses and takes pride in their care, presentation and performance
- Is competitive, team-minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can confidently lead and manage staff and track riders
- Is experienced in stable operations:

- Medications, treatments and injections
- Treadmill and swimming horses
- Managing daily routines and horse welfare
- Float driving experience preferred
- Race day strapping opportunities available if desired
