**Company Description**

Our business provides phonics program teaching to Preschoolers and Lower Primary students. The course framework contains but not limited to the following aspects:

- Early reading and writing awareness
- Letters and phoneme (Decodable skills)
- Rhyme and Syllable awareness
- Onset and Rime learning and awareness
- Sight words and spelling
- Word's structure and compression skills
- Grammar and Punctuation

**Role Description**

This is a casual/contract on-site role for an English Teacher located in the hills district of Sydney NSW. It is conveniently located in the Rouse Hill Town Centre. The Casual English Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction and adapt the lessons to suit the individual needs of students ranging in age from Pre-schoolers to school aged children.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the needs of non-English background students. Lessons material will be provided as well.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience teaching English in small class settings.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work after school hours and Sundays
- Attractive rate and incentives

**Salary**: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
