The Engineering Project Analyst is primarily responsible for the oversight of key growth projects within the Airworthiness and Maintenance departments. This includes the addition of new ports onto the Network Aviation AOC, additional NTS Part 145 approved locations for the F100/A320 fleet, the growth of the A320 fleet and the review of CAMO functions to ensure readiness for the continual NTS and CAMO growth forecast.

The Engineering Project Analyst will also be responsible for driving sustainable improvements to the Airworthiness and Maintenance departments in accordance with the business strategy by working with counterparts across the Qantas Group business to deliver change, projects, initiatives and continuous improvement

You’ll have
- Experience in strategy development and implementation- Ability to analyse and review data to identify trends and develop strategies and processes- Strong project management and process improvement experience- Working knowledge of Part 42 & 145 regulations and expositions- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills- High motivation- Ability to build strong and durable relationships- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline- Ability to operate with minimum supervision- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’- Ability to work under pressure with internal drive to meet deadlines and targets- A high level of integrity and commitment
