**The Pastor Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing spiritual and visionary leadership
- Preaching and discipleship
- Leading the staff

**About You**:

- Has a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Willingness to embrace the church’s vision and statement of belief
- A strong servant heart and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with people of diverse ethnic, cultural, and professional backgrounds.
- Appropriate theological training.
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
- Possess a Blue Card or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Possess a National Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Willing to become endorsed as a Ministering Person with Churches of Christ.

**Additional Information**:

- This role is full time fulltime with flexible working arrangements, salary and conditions negotiable based on the recommendations of Churches of Christ.
