About the role
- Monday - Friday
- Daily outbound calls to customers to obtain orders
- Adhoc Administration duties
- Maintain high quality information database on customers, product, and pricing
- Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints
- Packing product and stacking cartons on pallets

About you:

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a factory environment
- A customer focused mindset with a passion for delivery exceptional service
- Ability to take direction and follow company procedures
- Accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate computer skills

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $29.16 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
