**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex ABI patien
- Possess advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective ABI Rehabilitation Coordination and Case Management services across the
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective cooperation within and across work unit/s to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and/or patient services.
