**Daily tasks**:

- Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Always drive to our business Safety Standards and ensure that safety is a daily focus.
- Safely and efficiently perform deliveries to our customers.
- Accurately complete and collect all customer returns.
- Accurately complete and collect all required documentation, including the updating of a mobile handheld device.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent ACM Parts in a professional manner.
- Manage route optimization and delivery consolidation via all available tools.
- Ensure products are transported in accordance with requirements (e.g.: Chain of Responsibility, Dangerous Goods, etc.) and to reduce damage.
- Other tasks as reasonably directed by the Transport Manager.

**There are a few attributes we'd love to see in you**:

- Current, valid and relevant licence/s.
- EXPERIENCE working as a delivery driver
- Familiarity operating mobile handheld device.
- Responsible manual handling experience
- Load restraint experience required.
- LF Forklift licence highly regarded.
- Pallet Jack experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (essential)
- Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Able to professionally represent the organization.

ACM Auto Parts is a part of the AMA Group. We are the market leader in the automotive aftercare and accessories market, providing Australasia's largest network of accident repair businesses.

These are full-time, permanent positions, working Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week.
