**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the Annual Giving & Engagement Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Austin Health’s annual giving strategies, particularly the implementation of appeals, including direct mail and digital solicitations.

This position is made for a highly organised fundraiser who is passionate about working on transformational projects in healthcare.

**About you**

This position is also perfect for a people person. The Annual Giving and Engagement Manager works collaboratively with donors, and develops strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers. The role is responsible for working with executive leaders and clinical staff at Austin Health to identify opportunities for funding that would meet the requirements for effective appeals and fulfil the strategic priorities for Austin Health.

High level computing skills and an understanding of the importance of a donor database are also essential.
