**Housekeeper / Cleaner (Bowral, NSW)**

**About the Role**:
You will need to be someone who takes pride in delivering the best possible service to our residents and believe in creating an environment in which our residents are comfortable and safe.

This will include but not be limited to:

- Providing housekeeping services for resident rooms and apartments.
- Cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the facility in line with Anthem's quality standards.
- Efficient operations based on occupancy demands and resident needs.
- Improving resident quality of life.
- Ensuring the residents rights, dignity and confidentiality is always upheld.
- Working with staff and residents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

**About You**:
You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to our residents and take pride in the quality of the facility.

Essential to the role is:

- Previous experience working as a Cleaner.
- Previous experience working in an Aged Care / Health Setting / Hospitality.
- The ability to work as a team player.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to follow procedures as directed.
- A drive to truly make a difference in people's lives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $22.67 - $24.76 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All visitors and staff are required to wear a mask at the facility and also to take an onsite RAT test priot to entry to the premises.

- Bowral, NSW 2576: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- aged care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Criminal History / Police Check (preferred)
- full COVID-19 vaccination status (at least three shots) (required)
