**Position details**

We are looking for an inclusion support Assistant to help run an early education program in our Kindergarten room. You will support all children as well as the other educators as you build relationships with families and children and help to facilitate their education. You will be a passionate and dedicated person who is committed to inspiring learning in children.

**About the role**:

- Each day you will contribute to the care and education of children, through supervision and engagement
- Children’s health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play and get messy while you are at work
- Then we clean up, there are nappies to do, mopping and cleaning as part of our general hygiene practices
- We will cover the costs of your study if you would like to upskill in your career

**We would love you to have**:

- A sense of humour, great work ethics and a reliable nature
- A Cert III in Early Childhood Education or be studying towards one - we can help you with that as above
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**Position requirements**

The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care and great communication skills. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:

- Hold/studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood
- Hold a current blue card
- Hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training
- Be motivated & enthusiastic
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

Established in 1991. QCCS is committed to the implementation of the National Early Years Learning Framework and operates an Emergent Curriculum. **Salary**: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
