We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**Cluster Visual Merchandiser** to join our Gold Coast Stores Reporting to the State Visual Merchandising Manager and State Manager and working alongside the Store Management team to deliver results. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across our
**Gold Coast concept and Garden City stores.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guideline in our stores in Macquarie
- In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts

**ABOUT YOU**:

- ESSENTIAL: Have a minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience within the retail industry
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Visual Merchandising (preferred)
- Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
- Must have access to a car & valid drivers license to travel between stores
