**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service: take orders, prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized cafe environment, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and restock supplies.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash efficiently and operate the cash register.
- Occasionally manage the opening and closing of the cafe.
- Embrace and uphold our cafe's values of quality, consistency, and exceptional service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cafe or similar customer service role preferred.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tasks and embrace responsibilities.
- A genuine passion for coffee and food.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and cash management.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.80 - $36.33 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 33 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
