**Your new company**

Hays are working exclusively with a global leader in Aesthetic Medical device manufacturing. With an established reputation in Australia and excellent sales, this expanding company requires a Field Service Engineer to strengthen their Service department further.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the National Service Manager, your role as Field Service Engineer is pivotal in the installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting and support of the companies’ full product suite.
- You will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success.
- You will consistently manage customer expectations by communicating the work performed and providing follow-up plans if and when required.
- You will be an excellent communicator and will deliver system level training at customer sites and manage service inventory according to company policies.
- A key area of focus will be the issue of daily field service reports to document all work performed.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will ideally have proven experience in the installation and ongoing maintenance of electronic or electromechanical driven machinery.
- You will have trade qualifications in Industrial Electronics, laser technology or a similar field.
- Direct experience of working on Medical Devices is highly desirable.
- Experience working with HV DC circuits and precision optical & mechanical alignments will be highly regarded
- You must be flexible and willing to travel as part of your job.
- Experience in a customer facing environment is very important for this position.
