Driving Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality driver education to individuals, helping them develop safe driving skills and confidence on the road.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience to guide learners through each sCtage of their driver training.
- Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring students receive comprehensive instruction.
- Maintain a late model vehicle in excellent condition, preferably a 2019 model or newer.
- Set your own flexible working hours (minimum of 20 hours required) to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.

- Collaborate with the Onroad team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in driver education.

**Requirements**:

- Currently qualified as a driving instructor is preferred, but we can fast-track your driving instructor course through our sister company, Academy of Road Safety.
- Enroll in Cert IV in Transport and Logistics - Car Driving Instruction at Academy of Road Safety if not already qualified.
- Possess a genuine passion for driving and teaching others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and student appointments effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring student satisfaction.
