Our team is driven, collaborative, and committed to excellence. We are currently seeking a bright and bubbly receptionist to join our team and be the face of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in administrative & social media tasks
- Assisting the sales and property management teams where required
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house area.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service and reception experience is essential.
- Prior real estate experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
