**Regency Park** are looking for an experienced
**Maintenance Frontline Manager **who will lead maintenance activities with the relevant weekday trade’s team responsible for minimising equipment failure downtime and maximising plant availability consistent with the objectives of the maintenance department and site, support the achievement of cost, quality, people, and service objectives as well as supporting capital and other engineering projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participating in maintenance planning and scheduling for all plant and equipment to achieve and maintain highest levels of line-up time and equipment capability consistent with site objectives
- Managing the weekday maintenance trades teams to ensure all maintenance is performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring weekday maintenance trades teams provide a prompt and effective response to all instances of equipment failure, and other support to the site as directed
- Coordinating the use of subcontractors and external resources as required to address site needs that extend beyond the capabilities of the maintenance trades teams.
- Working together with the maintenance planning team identify and implement improvements to (maintenance) work methods and strategies to improve availability, efficiency and safety of plant and equipment.
- Undertaking all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans.

Qualifications:

- Trades Qualification (Relevant engineering tertiary qualification desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, lead and coordinate a work group to achieve agreed goals and objectives
- Demonstrated experience in industrial high volume/high speed manufacturing processes
- Awareness of budget preparation and financial reports
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and HAZOP principles and practices
- Ability to maintain performance under pressure
- Desire for career progression
