About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader - Portables, the primary focus of the position is to prepare and maintain our fleet of portable buildings.

**In this role you will**:
- Prepare our fleet of portable buildings for hire, ensuring they are clean, presented to a high standard, equipped with all relevant furniture and accessories and in a safe / usable condition
Carry out inspections, routine maintenance and repairs to our portable buildings
Complete electrical testing and tagging on portable building accessories
Assist in stocktakes and the asset disposal process
Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed and submitted
Assist in the loading and unloading of fleet from vehicles, ensuring safe loading & unloading procedures are adhered to at all times
Perform general yard and housekeeping duties as required
