Quality Coordinator

Are you an experienced Nurse that is passionate about quality and continuous improvement in the Aged Care sector?

This is an opportunity for you to work at our BRAND NEW aged care residence in **ROMSEY,** where you will ensure that our residence keeps up with the Aged Care Standards and is continuously improving to create a better environment for our residents.

This role is part-time, 2 days per week.

If you have comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector and can assist our homes with compliance and policy protocols, accreditation, auditing, and processes to achieve 100% compliance within the Quality Standards, then this is the role for you

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- AHPRA registration (RN) Mandatory
- Significant experience in aged care, ideally in a quality role
- Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
- Must be able to easily learn new systems and technologies
- Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
- Be able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
