**Disability Support Worker - Hyde Park**
Morning Shifts Available | Join a Consistent 1:1 Care Team

We are seeking a compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join a regular care team supporting a vibrant woman in her 50s living in Hyde Park.

**Shift**:

- Ongoing, consistent roster
- Thursday to Monday | 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM

**About the Role**:

- 1:1 support including complex bowel care and community access
- Client lives with a neurological disorder and uses a wheelchair
- Enjoys movies, puzzles, and values independence

**Training Provided**:Experience in bowel care is ideal, but full training available for the right person joining long-term

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle

**Pay Rates**
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
