Youth Worker

**Job description**

Praxis is a new and upcoming organisation that is growing within the Brisbane and Southwestern regions. Praxis strives to be a leader in practice excellent and has a leadership team with extensive hands-on experience and practice expertise.

**We are particularly looking for staff who are able to work on weekends and complete sleepover shifts. We have full time work available for staff who have this full availability.**

Qualifications & experience
- A paid blue card
- Current Valid driver's license
- Either completed or enrolled in a certificate IV or higher in a relevant field.
- Ability to complete and pass a criminal history check

Tasks & responsibilities
- Following a weekly house planner and activity planning.
- Completing notes, admin tasks and incident reports
- Supporting young people with day-to-day tasks, skill development and striving for goals to achieve optimal wellbeing.
- Implementing and providing feedback in the development of care plans to support the well-being of young people.
