We are a small disability support company that is looking for the right lady to join our team of big hearts and lots of laughs. This role requires sleep over shifts and a variety of day support as well. This role is for a femal worker only as per the participants wishes.
- Duties include but not limited too -_
- Supporting participants transport to and from appointments
- Basic first aid and medication administration
- Attend social events and support with anixiety in the community
- Provide emotional support for participants and their family
- Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Providing physical assistance, such as assistance with domestic activities and personal care and mobility needs
- Communication between participant, family, allied health and support team.
- Accurate and Detailed case note writing
- Essential requirements_
- WWVP card with NDIS endorsement
- Current national police check
- Full drivers license with comprehensive car insurance and own vehicle
- Current first aid certificate
- Have clear and conscice english language speaking skills - due to participants intelectual and hearing needs.
- ( highly desirable ) medication endorsement qualification
- (highly desirable ) cert III or higher in disability support
- (highly desirable) experience in anxiety and redirection techniques

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.22 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
