We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our team located in Nar Nar Goon South on an ongoing full-time basis, and will require someone who enjoys working onsite full-time. **The Role**

The Business Manager, Maryknoll Therapeutic Community is a critical leadership role at Windana, overseeing the operational and programmatic functions of the AOD residential rehabilitation facility and ensures resources are effectively managed and allocated to meet the service delivery needs. The role ensures the Maryknoll Therapeutic Community team leaders are aligned and able to meet strategic and operational goals of the program.

**Who we're looking for**

The person we're looking for will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Allied Health or other Social Science Field _AND_ a qualification in AOD (post-graduate preferrable)
- Demonstrated experienced in leading and managing a residential facility (or other similar site) with an ability to meet/exceed success measures to ensure it functions and thrives
- An ability to adapt to change and navigate through ambiguity and complex issues arising from a multi-faceted facility
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills in budgeting, workforce development and conflict management
- Knowledge and significant experience working within Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or Community service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to prepare written materials appropriate to the purpose and audience and communicate with influence to a diverse group of stakeholders
- High level of interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to adapt and reprioritise as required based on the needs of the program
- Strong experience in case management and conducting drug withdrawal and physical health assessments and risk management strategies
