**ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER**

They are currently seeking a talented GROUPS TRAVEL CONSULTANT to join their dynamic and professional team.

**THE ROLE**
- Manage group bookings and coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and other services
- Professionally reply to delegate's queries within the agreed timeframes, to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
- Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are issued correctly, so exceptional precision and customer service is essential
- Ability to build strong relationships within the team to cultivate a successful working environment

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous travel consulting experience; groups preferable
- Sound knowledge of GDS
- Domestic and International fares knowledge
