**About the Role**:
To support the ongoing growth of the JBS Australia Group, an opportunity has arisen for a **Mobility Coordinator** to join the newly created and centralised International Mobility function in a **permanent full-time** capacity, as part of JBS Australia’s Talent Acquisition Team. Based in **Riverview, Ipswich**, and reporting directly to the International Mobility Lead, this role requires _**operational meat industry experience.**_
- **This is a full time position with the potential to earn $90,000 - $100,000.**_

**Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)**:

- Sourcing of local logistic requirements, and support with accommodation options.
- Work closely with Site Leadership and HR to ensure the employee and onboarding experience is successful
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficiency in process and sponsor obligations are met
- Adhere to compliance requirements relating to (but not limited to) immigration processes, procedures, audits and reporting.

**About you**:

- Operational Meat Industry experience essential
- Strong coordination and administrative skills, preferable in recruitment
- Experience working with Australian immigration / visas or a desire to lean
- Strong communication, collaboration and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel.
