Infield Merchandising Trainer

As a** BIG Infield Trainer** you will be responsible for training the new & existing field workforce including our grocery and planogram teams, to ensure the accurate and timely execution of tasks.

**About the Role**:

- **Approximately 15 - 25 hours per week in Dee Why and surrounds. **Hours are dependent on business requirements. Flexibility is required across **Monday to Friday.**
- **Full training provided**:

- **Must have a car and valid licence**:

- **Will need to be experienced in Reviews in both Coles and Woolworths.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- An ability to train, guide and support merchandisers
- Driving strong relationships with store personnel
- Client facing - be the expert face to face
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
- An understanding of Coles, WW & Pharmacy activations.
- **Willingness to travel up to 25kms and 35 minutes.**
- Merchandising experience **required** in Coles and Woolworths
- Retail and/or supermarket experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- A current Australian **driver’s licence and reliable vehicle**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
