**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.
- Operate various tractors, mowers, blowers and brushcutters safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

**What you need**
- Skill in operating and maintaining Tractors and mowing equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.
- A willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
- A legal right to work in Australia.
- A current driver’s licence. (MR advantageous)
- Experience in horticulture, turf, or asset maintenance, including associated plant and equipment.
- Commercial Spray Operators License (advantageous)
- Construction Induction (white card)
- Traffic Management Accreditation (advantageous)
