We are seeking **passionate and self-motivated Exercise Physiologist (EP)** to join our growing team.

**The Role**

As a **commission-based practitioner** at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients within your scope of practice. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative team and our clinic’s marketing and referral network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment or management plans for clients
- Deliver individual therapy sessions and/or group-based interventions (where applicable)
- Educate and empower clients to achieve their health and functional goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Actively promote your services with the support of our clinic’s marketing and referral channels
- Take ownership of your performance and caseload, ensuring client retention and growth
