**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a valuable member of our New Business Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our education centre. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing quality assessment planning and delivery to work towards conversion targets, ensuring prospective students understand the value of our programs.**:
- ** Delivering excellent customer service with your exceptional communication skills, following up on all leads, and building strong relationships with parents, students, and managers.**:
- ** Contributing to the successful operations of the team by answering inquiries, collecting detailed information, and analysing data to enhance our assessment success.**:
- ** Ensuring all assessment administrative tasks, including enrolments, learning objectives, goals, and other relevant details, are accurately entered into our database for smooth operations.**:
- ** Guiding potential customers on key Kip McGrath methodologies and Terms & Conditions, presenting them with the most suitable program options.**:
- ** Working closely with our dedicated educators to maintain teacher quality and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our students.**
**ABOUT YOU**
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

A qualified teacher or in your final year of a teaching degree.**:
