Our security professionals are community-connected and focused on the safety of our clients and the wider community. Tasked with observe and report, we need people with good attention to detail, great team work and natural customer service. We’ll teach you the rest.

With high profile clients across Universities, Aviation, Hospitals, Government contracts, Defence and more, there are countless options for you to start your career.

MSS Security offer a Scholarship Program to assist you in career transition. We’ll pay for the following;
- Certificate II in Security Operations or Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
- Security Licence for the first 12 months

Courses start in December 2024 and January 2025, register now before these funded positions fill up.

The Details

A career in Security is NOT about working at Licenced venues or nightclubs.

At MSS Security our Security Professionals engage in a range of duties including:

- Customer service - responding to enquiries
- Monitoring CCTV footage
- Assisting the public
- Escorting customers and clients around the premises
- Conduct patrols both on foot and in vehicles
- Aviation screening of passengers
- Granting access to sites
- Concierge services
- And many more
- Transferrable skills such as customer service, hospitality and people focused roles
- Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get yourself to and from work
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 roster
